Our Family App - Xplor Home
To facilitate seamless communication between families and our centers, we utilise our comprehensive family app, Xplor Home.
Xplor Home stands as the most convenient and efficient tool for monitoring your child's daily activities. Starting from the moment you finalise your enrollment form, Xplor Home empowers you to reserve childcare days, oversee your account, access the very first snapshots of your child's educational journey, and much more.
Features of Xplor Home
Our families attending our centers rely on the Xplor Home app for monitoring their children's educational progress, managing their childcare finances, and more. Additionally, you have the option to invite Hub Guests to assist with signing your child in and out using the Xplor Hub tablet, as well as employing touchless sign-in and sign-out functionality at our center through QR codes.

Welcome to Xplor! This message will guide you through setting up your Xplor account and utilizing essential features like Mobile Bookings and the Hub for signing your child in and out of our service.
Enrolling:
After submitting your completed enrolment forms to the OSHC service, your enrolment details will be inputted into Xplor.
Configuring Xplor login details:
Once OSHC Adventures has completed the processing of your information and marked your child as active, you will promptly receive a welcome email from Xplor. Inside this email, you'll find a 'Set Password' link.
Kindly click on this link to establish a password that meets the specified criteria, which must include a special character (!, #, *, etc.).
In case you haven't received this email yet, please be sure to review your Spam and Junk folders, and also perform a search for 'Xplor' in your inbox. *Please verify that your email and contact information are accurate during the enrollment process to ensure the welcome email is sent to the correct address. If you have not yet received your welcome email, please notify us by sending an email to admin@oshcadventures.com.au.
Download the Xplor Home App:
After configuring your Xplor login details (email and password), you can proceed to your designated app store to acquire the Xplor Home app.
This application enables you to perform tasks such as making mobile bookings, reviewing your account, and accessing essential observations concerning your child's experiences while in our care.
Granting additional contact permissions:
You must use Xplor to give permission for family members and friends to sign your children in and out of OSHC. To do this click your name in the top right-hand corner, click profile, wait for the page to load, and then click the postcard on the top right of the screen: "John Smith" > "Profile > postcard.
*Please note that parents/carers can add additional people who are authorised to collect their child, however, the authorised person will not be able to use the Xplor Home app to sign their child out. In this circumstance, our staff member will sign the child in or out if the authorised person does not know their username and password.
Fill in the vacant fields with Xplor's details and save. Subsequently, they will receive an email invitation to join Xplor. In this email, they should follow the same steps to establish their password and access their account. These login details will be used to sign your children in and out via the Hub, an iPad located at the service.
Select the ‘No Hub PIN’ option below the blue ‘Parent Sign In’ button and you will be directed to enter your Xplor login details (your email address and password)
You will then be prompted to enter your phone number and set a PIN for ongoing access to the Hub
Please ensure that the phone number you register with is your correct phone number! If you experience any difficulties setting up your Xplor account, please speak with the staff at your service, or contact Xplor for software support at: support@myxplor.com
